Dirty Hippie ("we," "us," or "our") operates getdirtyhippie.com. We are currently in a pre-launch phase, and this site exists to share information about our upcoming laundry, dry cleaning, and specialty garment care service and to collect waitlist signups. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect the information you submit, which today is your email address. If we update the form to ask for more (such as your name, ZIP code, or whether you're a resident, business, or driver), we collect only what you choose to provide.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect payment information. Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the service.

How we use it

• To tell you when Dirty Hippie launches in your area
• To share occasional pre-launch updates and early-access offers
• To plan our launch areas based on where interest comes from

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How it's stored

Waitlist submissions are processed and stored using Google Forms and Google Sheets, which are subject to Google's privacy policy. Access is limited to the Dirty Hippie team.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your information from the waitlist at any time by replying to any email we send you, and we will delete it. Every marketing email we send will also include a way to opt out.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

As we move from waitlist to live service, we will update this policy to cover the full product (accounts, orders, and payments) and note the new effective date here.
